Frozen Avocado Puree
Ripe avocados are carefully selected, peeled, pitted, and blended into a smooth and uniform puree. The product is then quickly frozen using IQF at -35°C to -40°C, maintaining its natural yellow-green color, creamy flavor, and vitamin-rich nutritional value.
