On March 24, 2024, Ms. K' Nhi encountered an unfortunate incident while participating in traffic, as her previous illness recurred: she had a motorcycle accident resulting in a broken arm and requiring emergency treatment at Lam Dong Hospital II. However, the situation became more alarming as her health condition was already not very optimistic, especially after struggling with a lung disease in June 2023. Yet, thanks to her resilience and strong support from the Trade Union and colleagues in the company, with a donation of over 17 million VND, she overcame herself and was able to return to work at that time.
In the current difficult economic situation of the family, preparing 2.5 million VND for surgery is extremely challenging. The family, with great concern and care for you, realizing the financial difficulties in paying for medical expenses, contacted the company two days later, hoping to partially support the hospital fees for you.
Upon receiving this news, the Trade Union of B'LAOFOOD LLC promptly called on everyone to contribute to helping K' Nhi's family in this difficult time. Immediately, just after one day of appeal (March 26), all members, employees, and workers of the company responded to the call by contributing a portion of their income, and a total of 2,680,000 VND was raised. This action not only demonstrates material support but also exemplifies teamwork spirit, compassion, and solidarity within the collective.
Representatives from the leadership and Trade Union of B'LAOFOOD LLC, Comrade Nguyen Dinh Khuong - the company's director, along with Comrade Nguyen Hoang Phung - Deputy Head of the Administration and Human Resources Department, expressed their concern and solidarity with K' Nhi during this difficult time. They not only inquired about and encouraged her but also presented a donation from the company's Trade Union to cover the hospital expenses. Additionally, they provided motivation and hope for her to overcome the treatment period, restore her health, and return to work with her characteristic optimism and dynamism. K' Nhi and her family were genuinely delighted and deeply grateful, expressing profound appreciation and touched by the warmth and invaluable support from the company's leadership as well as colleagues.
