Frozen Passion fruit Dice

After being carefully selected and thoroughly washed, passion fruits are processed into uniform blocks of 14–17 g. The product is quickly frozen using IQF at -35°C to -40°C, preserving its characteristic sweet-sour flavor, natural color, and nutritional value throughout storage.
