Frozen Pineapple Sticks

After harvest, pineapples are carefully selected, washed, peeled, then cut and skewered into convenient sticks. The product is quickly frozen using IQF at -35°C to -40°C, preserving its bright yellow color, characteristic flavor, and natural mild sweetness throughout storage.
