Frozen Passion Fruit Whole

After harvesting, the product is thoroughly cleaned before being packed into bags. It is then transferred to the IQF conveyor at a temperature of -35°C to -40°C. This method not only extends the product’s shelf life but also preserves its quality almost perfectly.
